Thanks Bunty, yer a guid yin hen. It’s so cold doon here. Warm in my flat though. I own a flat in a converted 17th century listed building in East Linton. Braw but quite exposed. I’ve introduced bananas into my diet. Never liked them but my GFs daughter left some and I thought go on, go on, go on, go on. ( yep I like Father Ted) anyhoo really enjoyed them. I buy the “kids bunch” ones from Asda. I cut one up through my oatsosimple in the morning. My only concern is that they are high in carbs. Have a great day Bunty, I’m off to get covered in horse shit! 😂🏴

Yes, I am a Father Ted devotee also! Bananas are high in calories too so I only have them occasionly when on top of my game, usually on toast after a swim. Double carb hell for you though. Drink!Drink! Drink!

Bunty, aye, bananas are fairly high in calories, 84 per 100g. I can afford the calories but I think I’ll swap to blueberries in my porridge. (After I’ve finished this bunch.)
