Weighing in a day later due to 3 day mini cruise to Amsterdam and no intake recorded over the weekend. Big greasy spoon Breakfast yesterday in Hull after a weekend of eating and drinking lots.... 2 pounds gained. Will be gone and back to taret weight by end of the week hopefully.
64.9 kg Lost so far: 27.2 kg.    Still to go: 1.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
