Last weeks average daily intake was 1992 cals per day so happy with 2 pound off Maintaining is going to plan. Around under 2000 cals and plenty of exercise = maintain or slight loss. I only gain when I up it to well over 2000 cals.
64.0 kg Lost so far: 28.1 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I do Rosio but am very active all day in my job so I burn plenty of cals off. I think it is important to still eat enough too though so your body doesnt start storing rather than losing weight.
