I have learned so much reading the post from members here. Sometimes it's like switching the cable channels from Fox News to MSNBC. You Gals and Guys help me to fine tune my nutritional goals to meet my needs and I appreciate it. My focus is not weight loss but instead body fat maintenance and lowering.
72.6 kg Lost so far: 1.3 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

John, I have also leaned much from this site. Not just about weight loss and exercise. I'm also now mostly maintaining and working on getting back into shape after some health issues in the past couple years de-railed exercise much of the time.
