Hey, how do you measure fat %?
My bathroom scales do apparently... but then again they tell me all sorts of different weights each morning 🙁
Is there another way?

Measurement on scales.
Its. Not super accurate as when you build up muscle it tends to over read.
I just use it for trends.
They also do water content so I can instantly tell when I eat a lot of salt.
Best to take an average of everyday and graph that.
