Having to enter todays weekly weigh in again.... for some reason it disappeared. Average daily intake for the week has been just under 1650 Cals. Lost one pound, its getting a lot harder now to lose as I get closer to my target.
68.0 kg Lost so far: 24.0 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
