Stayed same at this weekly weigh in. Averaged out daily intake at just over 1800 cals per day this week so it looks like that is going to be my maintain intake. I will lower it this week and show a loss next week ( No 2000+cal days this week hopefully)
68.5 kg Lost so far: 23.6 kg.    Still to go: 5.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
