41.9% At least I am back down to where I was at last recorded weigh in, with a lower bfp. Now to actually get back to where I was at SATURDAY weigh-in, and maybe lose something this week! Be back soon, I just wanted to weigh in.

Edited to add: I didn't like eating that big breakfast yesterday. My stomach felt yucky, acidy, overly hungry. But too-small breakfasts don't work for me either. I am trying to find a happy medium without resorting to meticulously counting calories forever. It takes so much time and I want to be able to make this a lifestyle!

I am thinking about riding my bicycle all the way to my brother's house later to feed his cats. This would be... hold on... whoa. Mapquest doesn't know their address exactly but slightly upwards of 7 miles. So maybe its a little much? For a couple weeks several years ago, I was riding my bike to work, for environmental reasons more than health reasons, and I slimmed up really, really fast. That was about 5 miles each way. (Then I switched jobs and needed to use my car. My current job serves a 5-county area... so, no biking to work for me!) hmm... I'll have to think about it. hehe, I would love to be able to report that to you guys!

Voyagers are first place this week for weight loss. Woo-hoo, go voyagers!! :)
85.5 kg Lost so far: 8.4 kg.    Still to go: 26.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Wow! Yay to us Voyagers, I didn't know that. We rock. I think the bike transportation sounds marvellous - the ultimate in multi-tasking :D Thanks for the heads up on the magic scale. I'm gonna have to hit up Target soon 'cause I'm in the mood for a cross-border shopping spree - it's only a short bridge away.

Eating a moderate breakfast is key, and oh so important, but I've found that having a morning snack is important, too. For me, keeping my metabolism running by eating something (even if it's only 15 almonds) every 2 to 3 hours is very important to keeping me on track. :) Keep up the great work, I'm sure you'll be down again by Saturday!!

Way to go, you're doing great!! Have you tried a fruit smoothie for breakfast? Vanilla yogurt, fruit & ice. Seems simple, but it is pretty filling and it usually gets me thru to mid morning.

Also you could try a fruit smoothie with your favorite juice instead of yogurt(I like orange juice and my friend likes 100% cranberry juice (not the cocktail stuff cuz it's all sugar)) and frozen fruit like Dole's fruit blend! It's delicious!!!
