HOORAY!! I am now back into the 19 stone range (just) .... first time ivem seen 19 on my scales for at least 3 years! So pleased. ... now to aim for 18 stone 13!!
126.8 kg Lost so far: 3.9 kg.    Still to go: 61.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

well done on your first milestone. Now at 19 stone, imagine you are starting your 'diet' from scratch and so 18 stone 13 is achievable, and as you tick off each mile stone they will get easier and more rewarding, and before you know it you will be reporting how the scales are showing 18 stone.
