Decided to have 2 pieces of fruit for breakfast (a plum and a nectarine). Then my tummy started feeling a bit funny and my sinuses become painful and I developed a headache and also couldn't stop sneezing and had watering eyes!! Didn't feel at all like eating any lunch and weather way too hot here to move or do anything! Felt a bit better by tea time and managed a burger, bare naked noodles and salad. So hopefully just the heat and a bit of hayfever. Anyway only just over 700 calories today and perfect ratio of keto macros.
