Around 650cal, didnt have lunch, made up for it at dinner :)

really was. nice to have a more calorific but healthy meal too. I could not finish the potatoes.

You are doing so well towards your target well done. Also the fact that you skipped lunch is a benefit to you as reducing the frequency of meals even if the total calories consumed stays the same will tend to allow your body to burn more fat as fuel. Keep up the good work

I didn't know that. And thank you! I didn't intend to skip but I'm glad I did, cause I had that meal.
