SO TGIF!! A mostly good week, some days hard to track. food mostly on track but the recipes aren't all entered. Tried a TRX workout on WED. made it through all but the planks as not able to do any more. Body today is sayin no way as sore muscles so tomorrow will do another full body tRx workout. Also Thurs did a brief trip to the ice rink. Only lasted about 20 min as the muscle relaxers make me a little bit dizzy. Decided skating was not a good thing to do when taking them, simply felt too wobbly. Was afraid an ice fall was in my future so left before it happened.

The weekend ahead means logging in and should be all OK> I don't hunt. I work at providing a good habitat or bees in my yard. By see ya tomorrow

@glen It's not surprising that giving blood would affect your lifting. Reduction of red blood cells lower oxygen flow to the muscles. It works in reverse too! Triathletes frequently draw and freeze a pint of blood weeks before a race and then re-inject it a day before.(Natural Steroids)
