May 1st tomorrow so back to tracking and starting some easy exercise today. So a new start. With cataract surgeries the past 2 Wednesdays I have been limited on any exercise until a post op check up this coming Wed.

I have learned to stay on plan I need to feel good about myself and my home. It has been a long journey that I still have demons that re-surface and try to drag me back down.. Part of that is that I'm good at setting my goals too high and I beat myself up when I don't have time or energy to meet them. I've been doing a lot of that the past few months. So my to do lists will be shorter and goals back to baby steps.

My main floor is back in some sort of order as I have been working outside as much as I can and we have had rain since Thursday night until a few minutes ago. Also tax season and wonky eyesight has made me exhausted so had let things slide. Laundry should be caught up and the frig cleaned out. I will have a few vegetarian meals made and some pork tenderloin marinating for a quick grilled dinner for Mon. or Tues., some meal basics and a pot of soup are already made. Kale will be picked and washed ready for a morning smoothie. So starting my week back to work a bit ahead instead of behind.
