Belated birthday lunch with hubby today (his not mine), steak, small chips, sweetcorn, salad bowl, glass of wine and coffee - total 847 calories. It's now 5.30pm and I still feel full!
Followed lunch with a 2 hour walk in the sunshine, so hope to have walked off some of the chips! :)
