Had an omelette cooked without any oil, and rewarded myself with a Weight Watchers Chocolate Brownie dessert - and it wasn't half bad! :)

I've never ever used oil to cook an omelette, a smidgeon of butter or marg perhaps in the past but nowadays with my new totally non stick frying pans I don't use anything. I saw a programme the other day about dieting and the nutritionist experts all agreed that weight watchers etc were not good at all as they may be low in fat and calories but are crammed full of sugar. I was surprised by that. Anyway well done mate.

I used my non-stick pan - the Stellar you recommended from Dartington and was so surprised how it just slid out of the pan! :)

They're brilliant pans aren't they? I love all of my set. Absolutely nothing sticks to them at all.
