Maria Richards's Journal, 20 Aug 16

Looking back I weighed 130 lbs (Nov 2012) when dieting successfully four years ago. Will I ever manage that again? I'd like to think it was possible but it's gonna take some effort and some time............ Watch this space :(

You'll do it mate. Just hope I can as well!! On a positive note, I have just moved the button on a pair of trousers in by an inch on the waistline .... and they're still too loose! But if I move it in any further the zip would be wrong, so I think I'm going to have to take them in properly by altering the seams a bit!! ... or go and buy a new pair in a smaller size!

Look in the charity shops for a smaller size, cos hopefully you'll only need them for a short while and will then be looking for smaller size again! :) Charity shops is the answer when dieting!
