So I think I have learnt something about the Nutribullet vegetable smoothie success - LESS is MORE - a life lesson that I truly struggle with.

So instead of packing as much "good stuff" I could find in the cup - I cut up two celery sticks, two carrots and a tablespoon of sesame, pumpkin, flax and goji berry mix and added coconut water to max line and hey presto and really nice tasting smoothie. So now I am not sure how much of this flavour is down to the coconut water....which I only have because they had a BOGOF offer on as it is so expensive normally. So will try with just water and see how it goes.

try diluting the coconut down and get BOG3F :) Don't look upon the juicing as you need to eat just veg, but you do need to make the veg more tasty and by doing so you have the nutrients you need. Adding fruit is giving the veg more of a taste you like and getting the nutrients you need. As a kid you are given something sweet, like honey, when you have to take a bitter pill. Do you, for one second, think the adult you does not need to do the same :)
