Yesterday was rest day on strength exercise, mostly because I was mowing and it ended up too late. For a change this summer we have several dry days predicted in a row so trying to get through my overgrown backyard. The going is slow.

I decided to stop drinking coffee earlier in the day as I have been having trouble getting to sleep, not like me. My ex used to get mad at me because I could go to bed and be sound asleep in 5 min. LOL So yesterday was 1:00 because that is when I remembered my decision, today will be earlier/

I'm, back to making myself plan meals better and am working on a prep plan for the weekend. I've been doing the grab and go thing for the past few weeks. I end up with wasted food and not eating well. Oops out of time have to get ready for work.

Good luck getting the last of the mowing in! (Dry is good -- just hope it's not too hot!) I imagine you getting back into meal planning will happen about as quickly and seamlessly as you used to fall asleep! :) Hope you get a better night's sleep tonight so you're well-rested for whatever plans the weekend has in store!

I'm with you on the meal planning. Without it I waste way too much and eat things I regret. Today I plan to clean out my refrigerator and take stock of what is in my freezer. I hope to come up with meal plans using up some of what I already have. It is time for me to "shop my cupboards and fridge" and clear out some of this stuff.

I'm a major coffee addict.. on work days I tend to sip on it all day long, at home I don't once my morning pot is gone. I'm not getting to sleep until around 10 which is late for me as my alarm goes off @ 4. I'm blaming the coffee. Grammy, I need to do my freezer as well, it's overdue, I know there are things in there I have forgotten about. The frig has to be done this week, there isn't much left in it so it should be pretty easy.

I can't drink coffee 6 hours before bedtime or I won't fall asleep.

Snezia, I usually don't drink any after 3pm but am switching that till 12 and see if it helps. Years ago I could drink it anytime but I was also always sleep deprived between work and and active family .

I normally have 3 cups in the morning starting at 4am and one in the evening at school so I don't fall asleep in class. Years ago 15 I used to drink it 24/7

15 cups per day Gene? At this age it would kill you LOL, 4 cups is not that bad ;-)

I am with you I had caffeine about 6 pm and bedtime was 10 and I fell asleep alright but did not sleep well or long during the night no caffeine that late anymore.

MMM mine is about 2 6-8 cup pots a day. LOL

Last coffee was refill was 11:30. 30 min TRX whole body workout is done. A couple really shaky side planks with an extra hand down but progress. Now for a water break and off to tackle the slow progress on my tall grass for a bit.
