Hey Nadia, was just about to respond to your original message but it disappeared. Yeah, allergies are a nightmare…I unfortunately have a genetic predisposition to them, but am usually quite good at managing them. I also have an underlying autoimmune multi system condition that triggers at the most annoying times. I usually just get on with it…life is for living after all. I was more insulted by the sun allergy than anything else😂😂. Felt my whole brown identity was under threat🤣. Are you home again or still away? Must be incredibly tough being stuck with people you don’t get on with.

Yes it all sounds very complicated for you right now. Thankfully I’ve been very blessed…my parents have always encouraged independence and I’ve forged my own path. So culturally I am a bit of an anomaly I guess. But you’re very strong and you’ll get through it like you always do💪🏽💙💚

A lot of glorious sunsets and sunrises Nikina. I didn’t bother with an alarm and just woke up to the sun rising over the waters. Interestingly, slept less overall, but never felt more refreshed. Thankfully, weather is milder here, so have managed to keep thin long sleeves on and things are definitely improving. I hope you get some good news soon and haven’t changed too much of your diet in the lead up xx

Aah, yes, that fresh air and sunshine can only be good for us - so glad you felt refreshed, Suma! Hope the weather stays good where you are! Last year on this weekend I was in a heatwave in London without a care in the world so this year being home enduring two weeks of humid rain is not so great in contrast, but I'm still grateful to be in short sleeves too - and that at least it's not cold! I'm still feeling quite knackered so hope the doc will have some feedback for me next week. Wishing you a lovely weekend! xx
