Happy Saturday!! The sun is out here and no rain predicted!! A beautiful day and will get to spend most of it outside.

My workout was good yesterday but I realized I need to do more leg work, mine seems to be concentrating on core and arms with a little bit on my legs. I will have to add some. I also want to do more on the TRX. So will be exploring options online this weekend. I've been trying some of the equipment that I've never used and also some free weights so am slowly changing my routine. It feels good.

Weekend plans include more ball games today and yard work late this afternoon and tomorrow if the weather holds. I also need to do a bit of prep cooking for the week ahead, I've been lax on that lately. They are predicting storms tomorrow afternoon and night.

DD just sent me a text that the boys' game time has been moved to earlier. So my lazy Sat am is ending shortly.
