I seem to have settled at this weight. Lots of exercise, which is fine by me but little, if any, dieting. I look OK at this weight but I would prefer to be 4lbs lighter. I don't want to settle for OK, I want to look great! I can feel a bit of positivity coming back on the diet front, so baby steps and hopefully get back to where I want to be.

I know, 4lbs doesn't sound much, does it? But they seem to make a difference to the look I am after. I refuse to settle for average!!

Well, you are right. Another way to look at it is that I am trying to gain about 3kg of muscle this year (about 6lbs). If my scale weight stays the same, and I do gain the muscle, then I must have also lost 6lbs of fat. My appearance would be quite different, but I would still be the same weight.

I suppose I am comparing myself to a slim 131 lbs when I had less muscle mass. I do have more muscle now but I am not kidding myself, I have more fat too!
