Since so much of losing weight is your emotional and mental state I'm struggling to get back on track. I really need to get some pounds off to relieve stress from my ankles and knees. I want to be in better shape when I go on my cruise in July and for being able to work on my new house and gardens. Fitting everything into my days has been nearly impossible

I finally have an approximate estimate for building my new house. Higher than I hoped but it should still work though will not go into retirement with no mortgage. 2020 changed so much.

The contractor (actually my son =in law) should have his detailed ppw submitted to the bank within a week or so as he has had to update due to changes in prices over the past few months. Mine went in today. Hold ups have been getting an estimate for the foundation and the well. No one seems to want to do them to get future work. It's crazy. All the stresses and add in a stressful job.

I try to get down to the cabin every couple weeks. The current plan is to get the plumbing in y cabin, put most of my stuff in storage, work and live at the cabin and sell my current house. Moving stuff twice a hassel but....

Do you have any of your homecooked meals in the freezer? Maybe start with those to get back on track, along with a quick stop at the market for fresh fruit. Cooking requires time, and we don't always have that to do meal prep for the week, but even a Fresh Express bag of salad can get you back on track.💚

Sounds like you're going to be busy! Good luck on all of it!
