After a particular annus horrible year last year I decided I would take small steps to rectify things , yes it is horribly cliché and these things never to last long. I,ve taken my first step now I move onto my second step recording my food. Third step to follow. I've booked an appointment with my Doctor ( I shall ask him to weigh me). Fingers crossed but I know it will all go wrong.
