Have been doing OK on eating this week though a bit short on the veggies, especially yesterday as dinner was on the go.

Not much for exercise did get 9306 steps in yesterday walking around the track meet last night. Was happy though when they cancelled the last part of the meet. The temps dropped to 45 degrees with 30-40 mph winds. It was dang cold. The kids in their skimpy clothes were freezing as was I. The cold front hit us early so no one was prepared for the 30+ degree drop in temp and the below freezing wind chills. Lots of calories burned shivering, I think my butt is still cold from the metal bleacher!! LOL

Stopped on the way home @ Quick Trip for something hot. Had a 1/2 hot chocolate 1/2 decalf coffee as the hot chocolate is waaay to sweet by itself and it was too late for me for much caffine. Sure tasted good about then.

It's finally warming up here so I am hoping to get out daily for walks! Have a great weekend!

I had to squeeze my walks into my husband's courier stops the past 3 days because of all the rain. But today is much better and I got my usual 11 miles in. And I still have to grocery shop lol.
