Haven't been on here much except for a couple minutes to start checking notifications on a break at work. Did not log anything over the 3 day weekend. Weight is still the same 130. Will log foods today in a while.

Didn't eat much, was bad drank some beer rather mindlessly while working on my kitchen. It is not completely painted. Hard to believe it took 2 coats of good high gloss white paint to cover the so called white woodwork.

Allergies/asthma acting up as the mold count is so high with the rain and wind that we have had plus the paint fumes in my house. So lots of breaks. Made everything take longer.

Was going to continue painting today as it was cool and foggy most of the day, sun came out around 2:30 and by the time I came home 80 degrees and high humidity. The weather forecast is for possible severe weather tomorrow afternoon and evening. My garage was full of re-do stuff and crates of things to go to the salvation army. Moved things to be able to at least put the car in: hail is not nice to cars.

That chore accomplished so time to figure out dinner, still carting things up and down the stairs from the frig.

You are not bad for having a beer...you are on maintenance and doing great!

HCB, not one beer, more than I should have, They were cold an easy and mindless. LOL Also ate very little. Monday my body rebelled for not taking care of it.

You are doing so well with maintaining your weight! Small slip-ups don't matter, walking up and down the stairs burns calories so even though you don't like it, it's good for you.

Hey, you made it through the Holiday weekend, didn't log food, drank some beer, and did NOT gain weight. That's way ahead of me, I packed on 6 lbs. The only thing I can say is next time you drink some beer do not do it mindlessly. Beer drinking must be done consciously and enjoyably....the same with wine. Enjoy the taste, aroma and texture, make each swallow count. I tried some Southern Tier Choklat Stout last Saturday evening, best stout I've ever had! Can't wait to savor some more swallows soon. :)

right jmb, it was just Bush Light, nothing really terrific, so mindless as sanding, filling holes, masking off areas as the paint dried enough. I'm not a big stout fan though a little more hops than I like; a Killian Red, a nice Wheat, numerous others. Need to try making some this fall when my Kent Golding Hops produce. Wine definately anything on the dry side. None yesterday Rockiesfan, I had more than enough last weekend to do for awhile!!

Mmmmm....wheat beer, now you've got my attention. LOVE, wheat beer. Anyhow, you're doing great w/maintaining and all that renovation work has got to have you climbing up & down and taking extra steps (ie: exercise). Keep on, keeping on... :)
