Dreary start to a weekend, at least thankful no ice. Light very cold rain, just above freezing. Guess north of us is snow and some ice. Good day to get chores done, taxes filed, calls made for insurance estimates, maybe get to the paint prep work in my kitchen.

No gym yesterday, had to work with the insurance adjustor. Thankful I woke the other day wondering if my insurance would cover coon damage; they do and will also cover an exterminator. So glad I called them. Let my trapping friend know (text) that I was going to schedule one by Monday if I hadn't heard from him. Will definitely help my budget. I'll be so glad to quit dealing with this mess pretty soon.

8,200 steps yesterday, my weekly averages are coming out to about 8,000 a day. I did do about an hours worth of exercise with my kettle balls, exercise ball, and hand weights and another 30 minutes walk/jog on the trampoline. Not all at once. Added a 5oz blackened chicken breast to my dinner last night after basically no lunch. Then fell asleep on the couch.

3pm and the temp is now 32 and falling, still drizzle. Glad my car is in the garage and I don't have to go anywhere.
