After listening to a weight loss hypnosis audiobook from Glenn Howard once before bed. I don't want to eat much and now chew my food twice as long. It's amazing! As if my subconscious/default mode was reprogrammed.
74.1 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 7.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.2 kg a Week
