5,527 steps yesterday, had the fitbit on charge while getting ready for work so missed those steps. Getting somewhat sick put a cramp in my gym plans and plans at home as well.

I was hoping kids would be here sun and mon next week, not going to work due to orthodontist appointments so it will be sat and Sunday. Their school is 4 days a week off on Mondays. They are going to help me with Christmas decorations and we are planning an ice skating rink trip on Sunday. Had my skates sharpened on Monday.

I need this old body feeling better by the time I get home today.

Thanks Jennifer, Not freezing today, a good sign and not hurting as much. Several people here at work with crampy belies also. Bugs are easily passed around this call center with lots of little cubes.
