Not a good food day for me yesterday. Bread tasted too good. I had made some to use for turkey stuffing for Thursday and had some left. I just kept eating it waiting for the turkey to get done. Oh well, I rarely make white bread so when I do it's a treat. I have a small loaf of onion bread left that I will use for turkey sandwiches. No real veggies, will up those and fruit so I have a good average for the week.

Worked on my garage and other chores until I crashed about 6:00. I'm thrilled I can again get my car in the garage! Scraping windows @ 6am does not make me happy. My tools and extra kitchen stuff that lives in the garage are organized so can now locate them instead of spending an hour hunting for them.

Managed 9,811 steps, should have done more walking on my trampoline instead of sitting on the couch watching TV last night to break 10,000. My gazelle is in the basement, I find the mini trampoline to be perfect for my little living room as I can easily store it in my spare room.

Today is normal weekend chores, a bit of food prep for the week, take care of my turkey, and get my house re-organized a bit for Christmas decorations that will go up next weekend. The cold front has moved in so a good day to be inside.

You did great, and I'm really proud of you! A little bread won't kill you and remember - it's the things you do daily that make or break you, not the rare occasion.

Really, I so agree!! I'm currently at my goal but definitely don't want to go back to my old lifestyle. I have to watch it, sweets are not my downfall, homemade bread is and rich French sauces, also the couch potato, hibernation thing in the winter. I will eat homemade bread and nothing else, but what I put on it, not nutritionally sound. A rare day, Ok, but not going back to several times a week. Will track it, when I do.

I just got home from Church and my husband went to the store. Now there are Fig Newtons and French Garlic bread on the counter. Yikes! I'll have to stay out of the kitchen. I love that bread...

I do get the fig Newtons the store bread not quite so much, but definitely understand, especially if the store makes good bread. Fig Newton's are just so good, have fever figured out how to make them, or even come close. Just be controlled.
