Was hungry for a snack last night, this was perfect. Chopped up 8 raw almonds and 1 TBS of raw sunflower seeds toasted them in a dry skillet, added 1tbs of un-sweetened coconut flakes that I previously toasted, 1tbs of dried cranberries and a tsp of coconut sugar a sprinkle of sea salt. Sweet, salty, crunchy.

Was planning on the community center for cardio, they closed early. Came home did an hour of squats, hula hoop, arm weights, leg raises while waiting bread to rise etc.and talking to my grandsons on Facebook and their mom on text, she was out grocery shopping. 8,614 steps per fitbit. Managed to not play computer games except to wind down to sleep.

Today, have some cooking to do, some prep done last night. Hopefully get a few things done here and some exercise in, no gym today, head for my daughter's about 1:00.

Have to work 4 hours tomorrow, we get paid for 8 (nice) and will head for the gym after work. Getting off at 11:00 is awesome.
