Woke up to snow this morning, did not expect that from the reports I heard yesterday.

Reflecting on how quickly old habits can sneak in. Started playing solitaire on the computer again, find myself wasting time sitting playing stupid computer games instead of doing other things. My exercise has decreased and I get upset with myself for not getting what I want to do done. That can happen with anything including eating habits so quickly.

Have to quit the games and get back to moving.

Woke up to rain here in the 40s with a chance of snow mix tomorrow. Its that time of year when it is easy to slow down. Moving is good, and also engaging your mind will keep you young. Whatever works for you. Have fun!!

You know what you gotta do.... have you finished your stairs? That was a worthwhile project.... if not finished, maybe those or if finished, have you got another home project to bash out indoors while the weather is so cold?

Stairs have been on hold for a bit. Was hoping my SIL would be here for some advice on installing the light, not happening, I have to get that done in order to finish the floor at the top. Time to dig out my electrical books and just do it. Hopefully once I get chistmas stuff up then back to that project. I am so anxious to get my my kitchen done. Only so much time and energy and I'm wasting time on the computer doing dumb things. My railings are painted and preventing me from putting my car in the garage. The snow this am was definately a motivator to get busy!!!

I hear ya on getting sidetracked. I'm 'trying' to limit the mindless computer stuff i.e. FB, Pinterest, etc. to the end of my evening. Then I can get in all of the needed things. As with all things human....it's all about changing habits!

pinterest goes on forever!!! I rarely touch that or I'd be lost in possible objects!! I'd never get free!!
