Will start adding nutritional yeast to my morning workday smoothies today and upping my vitamin d from 1200iu's to 5000iu's per day.

Strength training tomorrow, have to take care of some business after work today. Oops time to get ready for work.

I'm curious about the yeast too, and see it as an ingredient in some kale chips that I buy from Whole Foods. Hope you have a good day, my friend! xoxox

Jeri said nutritional yeast adds protein and B vitamins. I have never taken it before and sounds interesting.

Lots of nutrients, amino acids, trace elements, not in huge amounts but added to a healthy diet.

Nutritional yeast has a light cheesy flavor. It's good on popcorn.
