No Halloween baby, haven't had an update yet this am.

Cold but sunny morning 22 degrees. Sitting here on my bed, under the toasty blankets drinking coffee, playing the computer, should get up and move.

Good day to make bread, clean the fridge and make a pot of soup along with the normal weekend chores.

I had heard that there is another natural food supermarket besides whole foods that opened fairly recently. Someone left some food ads in the break room at work this week, one was from that store. It's called Sprouts. Way on the other side of the metro, of course. Thinking of making a trip over there after work one day the week. Will have to make a list, so I do not over spend.

Gym is back in my agenda for the week. Monday, Thursday, and Saturday. Monday and Thursday because those are the days I seem to be more tired and stressed after work. Go work the stress out.

It's a cold day here as well, my friend, so soup is reappearing on my menu too. Love that exercise reduces your stress - I know it does for me too! xoxox

No grandbaby, she may be sticking closer to her due date of the 9th no matter what the doc says. Grins. Didn't get much done yesterday. Tackled some of the boxes of stuff from the garage, made a dent in getting that stuff sorted. The garage was cold so my living and dining rooms are cluttered messes. Today will have to be catch up day and also get this stuff put away in the garage.
