It's easy Chestnut,,I did mine online and all I needed was the date of my last vaccination, takes few minutes to complete but my dad told me today he downloaded the Vaccine Status app on his phone...it's more widely accepted and even easier to use ❤️

chestnut contact your doctor for the letter to confirm the dates of your vaccinations. that's what we did.xx

Yes! You can easily do this . Download the NHS app onto your phone.
If you’ve had the shots, it knows and gives you your covid passport. Save it as a screenshot or a photo then its there on your phone.

I didnt need any dates or anything. Just my name and dob . Its the nhs app not the nhs covid app

Yes it is easy doing it through the NHS app as Trytry says. Or you can go online, search Covid passport and get a letter. Supposed to be sent to your GP but I received mine

You have to download a new version of your Covid passport it every 90 days, not sure if this is true of the letter

Thank you you nice people I have downloaded the NHS App to Google Play today and uploaded my details and have been told it will take 24 hrs to register my details, let's wait and see

I am in Scotland, and it was simple to do, download the NHS Scotland app, fill in your details and it shows the dates and what Vaccine u had , hope ur visit goes well
