This morning I did:
Juice & Toya - 45 Minute Full Body Dumbbell Workout [Strength Training]

What a great workout! Mainly because it included a warm-up and cool-down and everything in-between was just so smooth. I didn't have to modify much today except for my usual stationary lunges and I alternated the overhead presses. I don't usually like full sit-up moves, but managed them today - although I didn't really feel anything in the ab area so perhaps I'm doing them wrong.

I also liked the format which was a bit like doing 3 little workouts so you weren't doing the same move three times in a row, but overall in the workout it got done. There were a decent amount of deadlifts, which I love and I also upped my weights from 4kg to 5kg today. One step closer to 6.5kg, which is what I used last year before we sold all the weights down-sizing for our big move.

I don't think these guys are as engaging as some of my other favourite YouTubers, but I think I'll keep this saved on my Watch Later list.

Interested to see how I feel tomorrow. Not sure if I'll do my next one tomorrow or Friday so will see how it goes.

Hi AdaOke - yes, I've done quite a few of her walking ones and I think they're great. She just doesn't seem to have any or many (that I've seen) with dumbbells, which I prefer these days. But I do enjoy her workouts too on occasion.

So I checked out Juice and Toya this morning because of your post. Picked a quick 35 min full body workout with dumbbells just to see if I liked them. It was awesome. Never heard of them but really enjoyed them. Thanks for sharing!! ❤️💪🏻
