Jamie don't judge please. I've had a tough couple of weeks in terms of work hours..and yes I should have planned better! I had fried chicken, barbecue wings, barbecue chops, Caribbean lamb curry and pizza😳😳

It was listed as a Caribbean lamb curry so I'm not sure...it was delicious and a bazillion calories😋😋😋

Obviously cause you know how Un-fussy I am, the BBQ wings are out (bones) the fried chicken is out (bones) unless it was a burger or breast , pizza IN, and West Indian food IN, and we know how hard and the long hours you work, and it’s not easy to make your food after, so I perfectly understand why you get takeout 👍🏻🤤

Jamie...I forgot about the bone issue...sorry! With regards to work, a lot of people work long hours and plan well. I know I am making excuses and could do better. The trouble is that the last month at work has been relentless and extremely stressful. Coupled with the long hours, it's about all I can do to keep my head above water just now. I think once the winter's done, things will hopefully improve at work. I'm also hoping to maintain until end of November and then restart weight loss attempts. Let's see how this hiatus works out🤞.

A lot of people do work long hours, and they do plan better, and good for them, but that’s them, not you, and your job is super stressful, and you are coping in a way that helps you, you don’t have to make the best choices all the time Suma, it’s hard to be strict and disciplined when we’re stressed and tired, so , really, just carry on doing you at the moment, you have plenty of time to start afresh when you are good and ready.Don’t be hard on yourself, because that won’t help your stress either!

I can't talk really coz I'm going out on Thursday for a 3 course meal and a concert and some alcoholic beverages lol.😜😂😂 xx

A 3 course meal and alcohol isn’t gonna make any difference, so just enjoy it (don’t bother weighing yourself for 3 days after, as the alcohol and salt will hold water weight)
