Pleased to find the scales have gone down, but I don't understand why they were stuck yesterday? It is frustrating. I didn't walk yesterday, and wonder how important adding exercise into the mix is? Today I am off for a hike with the dog, It is chilly, but sunny! The hike gives me a 145 calorie deficit, which is always welcome!
