She didn't go private, the lemon icon means that her account is screwed up and she need the FS admins to help her fix it.

wifey, you have to do a member search from the web version. (pull down menu, upper left) it's the lemon of doom. she may have chosen to delete her account or it may have glitched. no way to tell. if it glitched, it's possible she'll be back. I don't have any way to contact her. I truly hope all is well and that it's only a glitch.
