Whilst my weight has been close to static for the last two weeks my new exercises appear to have brought me some pleasing near immediate results. Firstly in just 25 days I have been able to increase the weight of kettlebells used in my routines by over 35%!
The biggest improvement due to KB has been to my triceps where lifting a 8kg kettlebell is now as easy as a 3kg weight was at the beginning. My biceps have both increased by 5mm in circumference and my belly circumference reduced by about 25mm. Conclusion is regarding this new gym type program for me - It's quite effective.

In addition to the daily upper body kettlebell exercises I am on day 4 of 30 of an exercise challenge to aid my jogging. This targets various leg muscles and so can be safely completed in parallel with my kettlebell stuff.
Additionally every other day I complete some sort of jog or a decent walk. Next formal 5k is planned for 18th September.

Garden wise our figs have done very well this year - 1.5kg picked today to use in jam. Lastly spurred on by my Claires success in the village show I have ordered some photos of birds I took earlier this year for next years competition. I thought I would share them with you.
