This morning I did:
Caroline Girvan - Day 3 of Beginner EPIC | No Equipment Ab & Core Workout
Not sure if I've done this one before. Hopefully won't be too sore tomorrow.

Otherwise I'm on track to complete the 4 days of IF this week. I looked at a diary entry of about a year and a week ago and I was pretty much doing the same thing except did 95 mins of exercise for that week (I'm aiming for 90 now) and only managed 2 days of IF - kind of spurred me on to keep going. Last year I did weigh almost 3kg less though. Woke up with a slight feeling of hunger, but I knew it wouldn't last long.

Onward we go...

I do 16:8 PW. Having breakfast at noon, dinner at 5pm and a snack/dessert later in the evening and then no more eating after 8pm.

Thanks Mermee! Yes, it's great to be able to look back. So much has changed in a year and it makes me wonder what this time next year will be like. Core soreness is no joke - I notice it most when I stand up from a sitting - feels good! 💪👍
