This morning I did:
Juice & Toya - 30 Minute Full Body HIIT Workout (Low Impact/No Equipment)
Quite good. My first time working out with them so I might do some more. Funny that I used to hate beeping timers during workouts, but now they don't bother me as much. I just turn the volume way down as they're not saying anything anyway.

Last week my daily average calories was 1960 - mostly due to a delicious red velvet cake and snacking on Sunday evening. To be honest my calories for the early part of the week were already too high so that's what I've got to work on too.

This week I will use the nifty tool of IF to keep my calories low - at least for the first four days of the week. I'll break my fast and have my oats or granola at noon and then dinner at 5, a snack around 7 and close my eating window at 8. It's worked for me in the past so it should do again. Having water, rooibos tea and perhaps a black coffee to tide me over till noon - the idea is to have a glass or cup every hour from 8am so I've had a litre by lunch time. Then another litre before the day is done - I've also been slacking on water intake so will focus on that this week too.
