I lose weight slowly at 1500. I gain weight slowly at 2000

maintenance for me is 2800 so when I'm cutting it's around 2400. I know it sounds high but I have a very active job and lifestyle 🙂

my rdi 1800 but I do 1400/1500 daily but I do 1800 the weekends as I drink

RDI is 2000, at the minute I'm averaging 1700 a day but this week has been 1400 a day.
I think getting used to eating less is just making me less hungry, and this app is really helping me to balance my macros and control meal sizes 🥰
