Hate taking prednisone!! Necessary evil. 2nd day and my body feels bloated even with running to the bathroom constantly.

Am loaned to a different dept. today so bored. Will work on menus, plan some of my weekend; storms are predicted so some of the weekend will depend on weather. It will be a weekend of catching up on my house as it has been neglected with working outside so much and I have no specific plans. Brought one of my new old cookbooks with me so at least have something to read. Thinking bike riding may be in order this weekend.

It's getting better, but still spreading some, not so itchy. It will be too wet to work in the yard but probably some weather to get the bike out.

Steroids rarely make anyone's body happy from what I've known. Love the thought of reading a cookbook. Seems tempting but after a while would be so full from the visual effect the hunger would pass.

Actually, ended up back to my own department and busy. Cookbooks you can put down instead of getting involved with a plot....th one I'm reading is interesting. "The Cooking School" copyright is 1904 published 1908 delves into nutrition theory from that time and methods of cooking. Rather interesting comparison to today.
