wholefoodnut's Journal, 20 May 14

Too late again to walk this morning and still get conscious. I really need to get back to my morning walking, it really makes a difference in my day. I'm so deep asleep when my alarm goes off lately I hit the snooze several times and don't remember doing so. After doing so there isn't time to walk before work, especially since we have leave earlier to take a detour while they repair a bridge. Not sure why, maybe the simbicort I'm now taking before bed. Will somehow have to stop doing this.

I love my morning workouts too, but know you'll get back to yours -- it's a journey & right now, it sounds like yours & your body need you to get some extra rest. xoxox

Look up the sleepytime app on your phone or computer. It is all about when to go to sleep and when to best wake up at the end of a sleep cycle. It has changed my life dramatically. No more dragging through the day.

will check into that app. My sleeping is determined by my work schedule, I get up at 4am and time going to bed often determined by other commitments in my life after work .

My kindle has an app that can require one to do math problems to silence the alarm. I haven't got that motivated yet... so I'm over sleeping, LOL.

Bella, awww now I cannot be late to work. I couldn't begin to do math problems before I'm sort of awake for a couple hours..I'd be in real trouble :)))

No math just put in what time you need to get up and it tells you when to start sleeping. My schedule is brutal... Day, evening, and night shifts along with Nursing school and Mary Kay stuff I could not survive without this tool you will love it.

Respire, I put my 4 am time in and it came up with 8:30 then jumped to 10. Yikes11 Bedtime for me is usually sometime between 8:30 and 9:30, later than that isn't enough sleep, though it does happen occasionally. Weekends, unless I have early plans, I just let my body wake up. I'm normally up by 7 or before.
