Going to cook skinny noodles - barenaked noodles. Any advice on best way to prepare it.

🤣it actually tasted better than I thought it would. I'm tempted to try the rice version.

Going to buy some rice next week. Do you mix it with normal rice...read that this makes it taste better.

I don’t mix with normal rice . For me it makes no sense to spend money in a rice alternative and then mix it with normal because you don’t like the taste 😂 but that’s just me. I made egg fried rice before, tomato rice, can add in soups ... so many things . You get used to it . I want some and can’t find at Morrisons 😣

Thanks Paula. Everyone's probably bought all the rice and cheese based on your recommendations😊. Will try fried rice next week and see.

I don’t know what type of diet you follow but I like it with turkey smoked bacon, mixed vegetables and egg. I will try to get some maybe online or something. From now on I will keep the secret ingredients to myself hahaha Konjac rice has lots of fiber and that’s why it was an essential on my basket

🤣🤣please don't...we have all learned so much from you❤️. I don't eat beef, pork or shellfish...but everything else is fair game.

I only use the phone app...I tried once, but it just added the pic to my food journal 😅. So I just gave up...which is why there are no pics on my posts.

Oh really , that’s weird because I use the app as well. Only use the web version if I want to to write more text 🤔

When I click on the camera icon, then go to my pictures, it keeps asking me to tag food!🤦🏾‍♀️🤷‍♀️

Suma don’t tag. Just select the pic, scroll down to add text and click “done” on the top right corner

When I click on camera icon, I then click take photo, the next bit is to click the meal, if I don't click, it won't let me bypass. I've checked, I definitely have latest version of FS.

Why don’t you select the photo from tour gallery?

Select the câmera icon>select dinner for example>when the camera is open on the bottom you choose the first thing before the camera (it’s like a folder) This will open your photo gallery and if the photo is not too heavy for the app it will load and you can then scroll down and write anything you want. Then just press the done button

The photo was taken when I hit 60kg. I'm using your body as inspiration...I'm very short, so even a few pounds distributes weirdly. Any recommendations for toning and strengthening core?
