Thank you! I just quick-pickled the carrots but the rest is pretty plain, just some seaweed seasoning, sesame and sriracha. I love mixing it all up together before I eat it 😋

Ah, thanks. Avocado is lush but so calorific. Maybe tuna or salmon? Or marinated tofu if you're vegetarian.

Calories yes but worth it 😋 It’s so rich with vitamins. I’d add tofu too for sure if I had some, yum! Or maybe some edamame
