Better day today. No exercise yet. Still really tired after work. Will be in bed by 8 and no alarm clock in the am. Still not eating right to many white carbs, must get that turned around. No ambition after work.

Working out late when we're tired is definitely incredibly hard! The white carbs taste awesome but they can potentially leave you in an even less energetic state if they spike your insulin. :P
