Cold snowy Sunday morning. Being lazy on my 3rd cup of coffee and still here under the toasty covers playing on the computer. I've wanted to do that every morning this past week instead of getting up and going to work. Today is laundry and clean the house day, guess I'm just putting those chores off. Lol. Might try my Sean T video again if I feel energetic later.

Ahah. Good for you! House chores are definitely good calorie burners though, especially if you do them in a hurry lol :)

Supposedly, mine seem to have been lately. Even the dogs just want to curl up and snuggle today. Usually for me it's my day to get things done and organized for the busy week ahead.

Yup or working on my yard or both. Lazy morning turned into stomach cramps and living in the bathroom, hoping the immodium works. Maybe a bug or from eating fried food. Crashed on the couch with my puppy and a warm blanket inbetween.

Still really can't eat or move without getting nauseous and chills. No exercise and defiantly not many calories, trying a cup of almond milk.

life sucks sometimes, hope you get better quickly. lots of liquids and sleep, let the body heal itself.

Whatever that is, it's not mild :P. You definitely should not exercise but you should eat the best you can to get the energy to fight this. Resume your diet after recovering!

No exercise yesterday, had some fruit and toast in the am, couldn't eat anything else. Drank water all day. Slept off and on, went to bed @7. Feel better this am. Work today, no choice there. Monday, tax season, snow, need to not miss any during tax season or chance of losing a good size bonus that I really need to fix an issue with my house. Will walk cause body is stiff after yesterday but will skip the gym till tomorrow. Just one of those 24 hour bugs.
