This is a correction from yesterday I decided because it was a nice sunny day to do my once a month visit to Boots to get an accurate reading!, but obviously I had to tell them to call an engineer to check their scales. I will next visit on Monday 1st March if it is dry and then 1st April!

Well done Chestnut! Like Anne I am finding it hard to get below my last weigh in. I have lost the Christmas gain but I am hovering around my maintenance weight. Perhaps your inspirational loss will push me to try a bit harder. I think I will look back at the beginning of my journey and replicate the meals I was having then. My target is to get to 10st by end of May, still doable. Congratulations, you so deserve it for your constant perseverance. x

Hi Gypsy! You feel my pain! My problem is my husband is stuck at home (he normally works away) and has decided to take over the shopping and cooking so it is man-sized portions of everything, garlic bread with everything and dollops of butter in everything!

Yes, nothing wrong with garlic, it keeps the vampires away for a start! Its the bread and butter it goes with that is the problem!

Anne I would be happy if it only kept the vampires away! That was my bad habits margarine on my bread with boiled eggs in the morning , I am trying to eat my bread dry.
