Three square meals for the day

BREAKFAST oats with blueberries, covered with natural yoghurt.

LUNCH mixed salad peppers, olives,cucumber, salmon

DINNER roast chicken with mixed vegetables and a dloop of Branston pickle.

Looks good Chestnut63! Healthy and tasty looking and, if you don't mind me saying so, your photographs are much clearer and brighter today. Always better to use natural light when possible (as visible with your breakfast and lunch pics) - nicely done!

Nutricali there is no chance of melting away to many years of damage to repair. Mind you seeing your most recent post you are setting the standards to ahere to and your skin has definitely got a healthy shine.
